Our mission at Life Lessons Educational Programs is to engage, educate and empower young people and their parents in the community. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives by providing schools, communities and businesses with relevant workshops that empower informed decisions and build up resilience.
Who we are
Life Lessons Educational Programs is founded by Gitta Johnston. She has over 20 years' extensive experience as a Social Worker and Counsellor dealing with adolescents and an understanding of the issues relating to them. Since 2010 she has designed, conducted and coordinated workshops for numerous organisations to help improve young people’s health and wellbeing and provide students with the necessary life skills.
What we offer
Interactive, customised workshops are designed for students. Topics include Alcohol and drugs, Body image and self esteem, Building resilience, Life Ready program, Cyber bullying and cyber safety, HSC stress and stress management, Party safe and injury prevention, Peer relationships and bullying, Positive parenting. Preparing for schoolies and Sexual health.
